As Koçpınar Geothermal Energy Inc., we are focused on the exploration and production of geothermal energy in Aksaray Province. Here, we are concentrating our efforts on geothermal resource exploration activities under the operating license numbered 2023/17. Since beginning this journey in 2019, we have conducted detailed geological surveys in the field, MT & AMT geophysical measurements, and most recently, seismic studies during the summer of 2022. Our goal is not only to access geothermal resources and use them for electricity generation but also to utilize them effectively in other areas such as greenhouse investments in the region. Our target is to reach at least 100 MW of geothermal power plant capacity within the next five years. We believe that this growth will provide a significant energy source for the region and contribute to sustainable electricity production. Additionally, by utilizing geothermal resources for greenhouse investments, we aim to increase efficiency in agriculture and industrial activities. Our ambition to become a leading energy company on an international scale requires a focus on the latest technologies and best practices in the sector. Throughout this process, we place great importance on sustainability principles in order to minimize environmental impact and ensure that the local community benefits both socially and economically.
